Children and extra beds
This room category offers enough space for one baby cot. Children up to 2 years are free of charge. There are enough baby cots available. Please ask for it with your reservation.
Further extra beddings in the Wooden Smoker rooms are not possible. Therefor please choose our room type Nutcracker or Angel.
Accessibility
Some of the Wooden Smoker rooms can be reached on ground floor by elevator. Please let us know when you make your booking.
Handing over the keys

On day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m., on day of departure until 11 a.m.
If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready yet, you can use our luggage storage room and already our free of charge parking places – and with your guest card you can get some first impressions of Seiffen.
Our receptionists are personally there for you daily from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. The hotel is open at least until 10 p.m. Please inform us in case of a later arrival.
And where does my darling sleep?
Good to know where my car sleeps…
Due to the location in the historical center and diverse events there is only a restricted number of parking places in front of the hotel available for our guests. A reservation therefor is not possible. In case all parking places are occupied, all our guests can park free of charge at the public parking place, which is in approximately 350m distance to the hotel. A ticket you will receive at the check-in.
Permission for loading/unloading on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.
Due to the Seiffen Christmas Tradition there are no parking places available in front of the hotel between the bank holiday Buß- und Bettag (mid November) and New Year.
…and motorbikes
Motorbikes can be parked in our courtyard. Please register larger groups so we can plan the space requirements.
BikeSleeping
Your bikes sleep in a locked room. For larger groups or for big events we offer you a meeting room or an extra room for locking.
You are welcome to use our washing machine or tumble dryer. For small repairs there are of course tools, air pumps and a high pressure cleaner for cleaning available.
A Schwalbe hose machine you will find at the hotel.
Our specialist partner is Pulsschlag Bike & Sport in Olbernhau.
For all Stoneman-Road-Biker we offer a luggage transfer to their next overnight stop (chargeable fee).
Ski and sledge
…sleep in our ski room. For your shoes is an extra shoe dryer available.
Did you know?
The Ski- and Sport Area Kliny in neighboring Czech Republic only 15 minutes away from our hotel offers snow security. A daily ski shuttle service is already in our special offer “Winterhit” included.
…for hikers
For your wet hiking boots we offer an extra shoe dryer. You are welcome to use our washing machine and tumble dryer as well.
For all Kammweg hikers we offer a free luggage transfer to their next overnight stop. Please let us know your wishes on time.
